I couldn’t be with her because I’m a teacher but she was so well looked after by Keith, she didn’t miss me! He was brilliant from beginning (putting her at ease and talking her through the process) to moving her (and keeping me up to date with arrangements even when I didn’t have a firm date from the solicitor) to the move day (driving my Mum in one of the vans because she has no transportation and her moving buddy was shielding) to afterwards (collecting emptied boxes for recycling). Thank you so very much Hamptons removals for getting us through our recent move. We truly would have lost our minds if it wasn't for you guys. Turning up on the Saturday before our move and competently wrapping, packing and boxing our entire house in half a day whilst keeping our frayed nerves in one piece with your genuine warmth, charm and sense of humour. We were actually looking forward to moving day now (no mean feet you achieved there believe me). Moving day arrives as do the guys, bright and early and still full of enthusiasm despite all of the hard work ahead. After a few brief hours our house is fully loaded onto their lorry and we await the news from our Solicitor confirming that we have exchanged and completed on the same day. We sit and wait whilst Keith and Jeff drive to our new house and await our arrival with the keys, which doesn't end up happening because of solicitor incompetence. We didn't know what to do after this news but Keith was absolutely brilliant, offering to keep our stuff safe whilst rearranging another job he had planned for the following day so that they could move us then. Keith and Jeff (Geoff) however he spells it :-) are two of the nicest, funniest and most genuine guys we have ever met and it was an absolute honour to have shared our moving experience with them. To top it all off there was no damage to any of our posessions or furniture. Guys keep doing what you're doing and don't change anything. Keith and Jeff recently emptied our loft for us, ready for our loft conversion. Despite the hot sunny day making the loft sweltering-hot, they worked tirelessly to empty it swiftly and carefully.
